I love to tell stories. To me, each event I attend and capture, and every individual I have the honor to work with has a story to tell that is worth telling. These stories are better seen than heard, and oftentimes I find the magic moments that otherwise are too fleeting to remember. That is why I fell in love with photography in the beginning and still to this day is what brings me the most joy in my business. Memorializing stories in imagery to last decades.

Welcome! I'm Emma!

Cincinnati Wedding Photographer and Lifestyle Portraits

Photographing Weddings and Lifestyle Portraits sessions are more than just a job for me! I love telling the stories of the couples, families, businesses and individuals that I work with. Traveling is an added perk, I love exploring new places! One of my favorite things about my business is how I have been able to turn a passion for art into a living where I continually am blessed to meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and see love in news aways with every click of my camera. You will see through the sessions and events on this blog how love grows in unique ways. How people change for the best year after year. And also how I see the world around me.

I started this journey when I was fresh out of high school. I didn't know how greatly my life would be impacted from capturing weddings and families. It has been such an honor to do so over the last decade. Being able to capture my hometown and surrounding areas has been such a treat for me! I LOVE Cincinnati and I am proud to claim the title of a Cincinnati Wedding Photographer. It is a tight but large community of creatives in this region. I am thrilled to work with the best of the best! You'll find some amazing wedding industry vendors linked in the weddings blogged here. Their work is so important to what I do, it isn't only photographs that matter at the end of the wedding day, although they may last the longest ;)

The Downs – Serendipity Farms Wedding Barn Blanchard MI

On a charming farm in Michigan, Tara and Devon along with their family and friends, celebrated a gorgeous wedding day! This day was truly beautiful from start to finish, complete with a romantic summer thunderstorm perfectly timed to add to the ambiance of dinner during the reception!

Tara and Devon both have such big hearts, and it was apparent that their bridal party means the world to them! Sweet thoughtful gifts were given and many happy memories were made before the two even said I do!

Lining the aisle of the ceremony were handmade signs with the bible verse from First Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy or boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes. Love perseveres. Love never fails.

This is spoken, displayed or played at many weddings. It was my first dance song with my husband, and is engraved into our rings. It is such an important verse to me and I am always delighted to hear it at a wedding. It was a focus point during Tara and Devon’s ceremony. Such sweet words to remember as you go forward from your wedding day. Love never fails. <3

Celebrating the newly weds, their friends and family were so thrilled to congratulate the couple! One of my favorite moments of a wedding day are the few minutes just after the ceremony where emotions are high and everyone is teary with giant smiles. It is a wonderful moment of happiness. I love it!

As we were taking portraits, a summer storm was rolling in. It created such a romantic scene! The dark clouds and thunder in the distant next to the farm fields felt like something right out of a movie! The atmosphere changed and the wind picked up, and it was magical!

The storm finally reached the venue moments before the reception began. Like clockwork! The rain on the barn roof creating such a romantic setting for dinner and toasts!

After the storm cleared, the newly married couple popped outside while their guests danced away, to enjoy the day and take it all in.

Congratulations Tara and Devon! It was so much fun to spend the day celebrating you! <3
